The Boutique Hotel Nezamieh Tehran has five rooms:

• Three double rooms.
• One twin room.
• One room with four beds that connect to the other rooms.
• One double suite.

It can accommodate up to 10 people.

• Alam Taj Room: The ground-floor Alam Taj room is the only one with three windows facing the courtyard, letting guests enjoy the soothing sound of the waterfalls.
• The Balakhaneh Room: The most luxurious room in the hotel is the Balakhaneh room, which has windows that look out over Baharestan Square. The Balakhaneh suite is furnished and designed with old things, some of which are more than one hundred years old.
• The Goshvareh Room: The Goshvareh twin room is another one-of-a-kind thing about the house.
• The Khanom Jon Room: The Khanom Jon room is in the southwest corner of the house and has a view of the front door and courtyard.
• The Kazem Khan Room: The Kazem Khan Room has two windows. One faces the courtyard, and the other looks at the lovely house next door.
