  • It is not possible to cancel the reservation during peak and Nowruz days.
  • In case of cancellation from March 26th to April 13th, 100% of the paid fee will be deducted as a penalty.
  • Cancellation conditions on regular days: in case of cancellation up to 72 hours before room delivery, 50% of the cost of the first night of the reservation will be deducted as a penalty.
  • In case of cancellation 48 to 24 hours before the delivery of the room, 100% of the cost of the first night of the reservation will be deducted as a penalty.
  • In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the delivery of the room, 100% of the paid fee will be deducted as a penalty.
