Travel Itinerary Number 1:
Tour Route: Tehran > Mashhad > Qom > Tehran
Day 1: Arrival in Mashhad or Tehran. Both Mashhad and Tehran have international airports where you can choose your arrival flight to both cities.
If your incoming flight is to Mashhad, arrive in Mashhad. Transfer to the hotel. After rest, transfer to Imam Reza Holy Shrine. Have enough time for greetings and pilgrimage. Overnight Mashhad

If your arrival is in Tehran, transfer to Mehrabad Airport for a domestic flight from Tehran to Mashhad. Transfer to hotel; after rest, transfer to Imam Reza Holy Shrine. Have enough time for greetings and pilgrimage. Overnight Mashhad
Day 2: After breakfast, Drive to the Tomb of Ferdowsi, the tomb of a famous Iranian poet in the Persian garden, then drive to Bazaar Reza to shop and buy a souvenir. Famous souvenirs of Mashhad include saffron, barberry, local sweets, rosary, and Aghigh rings. Then, Drive to Kouh Sangi Park to have lunch. It is a beautiful rocky place with famous restaurants like Shandiz Restaurant Mashhad. Drive to the hotel, have a short rest, and transfer to Imam Reza Holy Shrine. Overnight Mashhad
Day 3: Free time for today to enjoy your time in Mashhad city, have a pilgrimage time in Imam Reza Holy Shrine, or have a half-day city tour to visit Mashhad sights. Overnight Mashhad
Day 4: Early morning check out of the hotel and transfer to Mashhad airport for flight from Mashhad to Tehran. Have a half-day Tehran city tour to visit Golestan Palace, Tajrish Bazaar, and Imamzadeh Saleh mosque. Then drive to Qom. Overnight Qom
Day 5: After breakfast, go to the Masoumeh Holy Shrine, which is the sister of Imam Reza. After that, transfer to the Qom traditional bazaar to visit and buy. Some of Qom’s souvenirs are Sohan (sweets) and clay dishes. After lunch and rest, go to Jamkaran Mosque and have enough time for the pilgrimage. Overnight Qom
Day 6: After breakfast, check out of the hotel, go to Masoumeh Holy Shrine for a short pilgrimage, and then drive to Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKA) for the departure flight.
